17/02/2006 12:14:34   Senor   A some of you may know, I have a 96 in my drive with big holes in the front floor.

I've found some body panel suppliers sell generic channel section panels which could be suitable for this type of repair. Anybody ever used anything like this? It could be an economic solution for a lot of people if so.  
17/02/2006 13:08:54   jake   SENOR I HAVE REPAIRED MANY 95-96 FLOORS AND WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME REAR FLOOR PANELS AROUND THE SUSPETION ARM AND REAR SLANT PANEL 9TO THE FRONT OF THE REAR WHEELS JUST ABOUT EVERY THING ELSE HAS TO BE MADE BY HAND AND I USED VARIOUS COMBINATIONS OF .L. SECTIONS AND SIMPLE FLAT SHEETS OF AT LEAST 1mm THE USE OF CARDBOARD TEMPLATES TO MAKE THE FIST SECTIONS TO FIT THEN CUT IT IN METAL I THINK I HAVE SOME PICTURES I COULDLOOK THEM OUT FOR YOU IF REQUIRED BUT IT IS ALL QUITE EASY IF YOU TAKE YOUR TIME AND GO ABOUT IT METHODICALLY IT CAN BE REALY ENJOYABLE ALL THE BEST JAKE
