What tool do you use, for example, to remove the rust up to bare metal?

I always use this but it's hard to remove everything. I imagine that there's something better.

I've found other type. Are they better?

In other post I've red that there's a type that remove the paint and rust without remove steel. Is this?

I've used the third type - and was very impressed with how quickly they worked.

I use a cup wire brush but steel wire not brass and a variety of the other discs you show, then 60 grit production paper and hard work. I also use acid then wash with clean water after 30 minutes
