I suppose you are right. If the 'old' info is not on the new site, you can just search the old for that info. Makes sense.

Could you not view the old forum like the new one as part of a reference library, that grows with each input. Looking back can be constructive but can be difficult to identify the lead you are looking for, as often the title hides what is within.
