Hi chaps,
Not sure if this is technical or not. It's about upholstery.. My seats are getting very tatty and on closer inspection, I find that they are actually separate covers. The design and fit are so good, I can only imagine they are Genuine Saab extras. Has anyone heard of these? Anyway, on removing said covers I find the original upholstery in terrible condition. Is the ve
Our material, or similar available anywhere, or does anyone have any ideas about an alternative material?
The car is Tyrolean green and the original upholstery is also dark green.

Hi Gareth, sorry for my late reply. Many thanks for the info. Have you been quoted a price for the job?

Hi,
I have been around the houses on this one for a while. Martrim (Google them) have a wide range of products and will send out samples and I was about ready to order from them - thanks for the recommendation Derek!
In the end though I settled on Chester Faux Nubuck in two shades of brown from here: https://yorkshirefabricshop.com
It's not going to look totally original but it should be harder wearing and hopefully not look out of place, we shall see...
The trimmer is about to start work and hopefully I will have some photos of progress to put on here as it happens.
Cheers
Gareth
