Does anybody know of a source for replacements for the little rubber pads that fit between the body and the A-arms/wishbones of the front suspension? Some of mine are missing, and the others are pretty squashed.

I bought some from Erik Randa in Sweden a few years ago, but I can't recommend them. The rubber he uses is way too hard so they're nigh on impossible to install. Should you want to have a go at casting a batch yourself, I drew the part up in CAD and I'm happy to share the file. I think I'll use machine feet/dampers next time, you can get them in the right size, they're cheap and easy to install/ replace.
