I bought the item pictured below (Mini/RileyElf/Wolseley Hornet) from ebay some time ago and over the week-end tried to install it after my original cylinder failed.
It has been on the bench for some time and only when I wanted to use it did I discover two things:
Whilst the body was identical to Lockheed's V4 example the top threaded aperture was 3/8" UNF, same as the brake pipe unions and not 7/16".
Then I discovered that the bottom piston plunger which had no wear on the pivot pin hole was not wide enough to fit over the stub on the clutch pedal.
I have shown below my early m/c components at top, the above's components in the middle and a later type at bottom which has been mounted as a replacement;-

Looks like you can swap in the plunger from the 96 piece and maybe use an adapter for the threaded part? Also, the rebuild kit for the 95/96 clutch master cylinder is the same as for a classic 900.

I think John-saab is doing rebuild kits for the clutch hydraulics.

I had thought about making an outlet pipe using the std brake union but it would be too small to mate with the std clutch pipe which is clear red.
Happily Bryan (BS2006) gave me a used saab master cylinder when I went to fetch some parts from him a while back, so I have been able to salvage that.

I have new seal kits for this MC..only one set left at the moment but new kits arriving any day. They are made of modern materials that last longer than old stock and can withstand DOT4 brake fluid.

I'm one of John's happy customers. Stuff looks better than what I got from my local Saab dealership a while ago. Nice sturdy rubber.
