Add the self parking switch, for windscreen wiper motor, (15W type wiper motor), is widely used on various BL cars like Minis, Rovers etc

For someone like me who lives on the USA's west coast, it's hard to find those timing cover balance shaft seals.
So I'll just leave this here for anyone in my situation.
