I paid Tom at Hagstrom for some suspension parts for my 95 v4 estate some time ago. They didn't turn up.
I spoke to him about this and he told me he hadn't sent them as he couldnt find them as he was relocating or had been burgled.
Some time later I needed some brake parts he actually answered the phone and agreed to send these as part refund for the monies I paid him for the suspension items. The brake parts turned up. (I didn't fit them to my car as they were worse than the old ones.)I have tried to contact him via his phone (mobile and landline) and his website and have been ignored.
He still owes me money and an explanation.
This saga spans over 2 years.
Has anyone else been treated thisn poorly by Hagstrom?
