sadly I do not have any extra parts. I sold out before I realized that they were not available anymore. They do have them but not for sale as they have not decided yet how to do.
I have not seen any other supplier making these as they all were NLS from most suppliers at the same time so it is probably the very same source that they come from.
As for random components it is not very difficult to manufacture for shure but if you want all components I guess they will cost in low quantitys.

I was only hoping you had a pic of the parts to give Rhys an idea of what we're talking about.

I know it will be "more than just a pin and spring" but as we have a few (being subtle) in the automotive industry I am pretty confident that this is worth investigating. Amongst others my son is the chassis engineer on the XKSS, C type etc projects at Jag Classic.
If you don't ask you don't get!
Or another, if a man made something, another can too.

Looking at the photos of the plates is it worth investigating re-makes of them too? I have contacts in both laser and water jet cutting too.

Yes thanks. I will get some of the contacts to work.Pins will be relatively easy, circlip likewise of course, springs are the only complication and the tag washer a bit more so.

It would still be necessary to have a sample, but I am pretty sure I can achieve that with some of the other bits I am about to purchase.

Anybody like to throw a guess at how many I should get done, assuming that what is shown in Martins' post is for one whee?

I'm interested in 2x 2 sets depending on price. Tbh, I doubt this stuff can be produced at a competitive price in small batches, so please prove me wrong!

I was thinking of enough for around 25 cars? Usual way is to get price breaks, let's just investigate. If it's economic then I will cover the cost and sell on.Do we know what the price was when they were available?
I don't mind spending the time to find out so if I'm wrong all I have used is some time, if I'm right then a source has been found.
