The '68 I've been working on was found without its radiator. I want to know if a '69 and up radiator will fit. I measured the distance between the lower radiator mounts, and it's roughly 16". Would measure my '69 to find out, but it was retrofitted with a radiator from a 99, so I know the mounts were relocated to several inches further apart.

I thought the '68 V4 used a radiator that was the same size as that used on the 2-stroke cars, but the 2-stroke radiator I have is much narrower than the mounts in my '68.

I was finally able to find photos of the 2-stroke '67 radiator, and '68 V4 radiator. For anybody who cares, they are the same size overall, but the mounting arms on the bottom of the V4 radiator both moved outward about an inch or so, vs. the mounts on the 2-stroke rad. If this makes the mounts on the '68 V4 rad. the same distance apart as those on the '69 V4 rad, I do not know.
