1974 SAAB 95 V4 project. It is currently as you see in the photo, but in the garage. I have owned this car for around 35 years and it's spent most of that time off the road due to me being very slow at getting round to doing anything with it. It's currently been dry stored since 2003. When I bought it, it had been garaged for 5 years.

It's on a S plate registration as it was imported into this country from Germany where it was owned by the British army I was told. It is right hand drive though.

It's time to part with it as my dodgy back is not up to working on cars any more.

The photos were taken in 2003, but it still looks the same. Can't get any more photos as it's buried under boxes of stuff!

As you can see, the engine, wings and gearbox have been removed. It was my intention to get it media blasted, but never go round to it for one reason or another.

The body and chassis are solid. It's had minor welding in the past and as you can see from the photos, the rear inner wings need some welding. There is some rust at the edge of the windscreen that will need to be dealt with. The doors have been replaced with solid, rust free ones. I originally brush painted it I as was too skint to afford a respray when I was a youth. All in all, it's a good basis for a fairly straightforward restoration.

Interior is pretty good. Driver's seat is worn as usual, but the other seats, panels and carpets are in decent condition.

I'm pretty sure all the parts are there. They're all boxed up. I think it may be missing the gearchange rod from under the bonnet. It was all there when I stripped it. Any odd bits that may be missing, I can direct you to sources for. Many new parts are available.

It will be supplied with a pair of genuine rust free front wings and 2 sets of genuine rear wings. One is NOS. The rest are usable or need minor repair.

Also included are front grille with maybe 1000 miles on it, NOS bonnet, new brake discs, engine and gearbox with around 40,000 miles on them (not turned since 2003), twin choke inlet manifold & Weber 28/36 DCD carb with K&N filter, Jetex exhaust system with longer pipe for 95, new brake discs, 3 core radiator, Kenlow electric fan & thermostat, new handbrake levers, Mountney steering wheel boss and sports wheel, Lumenition electronic ignition and sports coil, new door wind deflectors, column mounted rev counter, front and rear brake master and slave clutch cylinder rebuild kits including new stainless front brake pistons as well as a set of steel braided brake hoses. Think that's everything!

I will also included a very large amount standard spare parts. Including an engine. Some of it good, some maybe not.

Not included, but available by negotiation are lot of new, NOS, rare or special parts. Including a set of new Highgate Minilite alloy wheels and some Sport & Rally items. PM me for a full list.

I'm open to reasonable offers, but if you add up just the value of the parts included, it comes close to the asking price I think.
