I can't remember if the 96 one is just a pop in clip but these have a nut so even if you have to make another rubber washer, it/they should be OK. I'd think these are readily available in any Spanish car parts shop. "Feu Vert"?
I went for the easy solution as Derek pointed with an aftermarket piece from Alyexpress.
It needed to add the rubber as the profile is different than the original but I did a 3D printing in ABS. Not perfect but it works, without it was much worse.
It has always struck me as odd, why Saab would want to put such an item on a ridged surface. IMHO, far better to use 2x separate washers (single or double jet) on the bonnet's flat surface. This is what I will be doing during the restoration of my Saab.

I think the reason is cutting cost, as usual Only one doesn't work that bad as the windscreen is small.
