Really dumb question guys: which wire goes to which terminal on the coil? (R reg V4) I disconnected the leads - quite a while ago, to be fair - to fiddle with the carb and now I forgot which goes to which. Its not in the Haynes or the actual Saab manuals.

It's about time you showed up here. A little birdy told me last summer that you were back here. Somewhere in Scotland, I believe? I'm keen to know how Elvira is faring. This is how she was.

Basically check where your rotor arm is situated for firing on no 1 cylinder then 1-3-4-2 firing order clockwise on distributor cap.

Errm, I does help to read the question properly first !!

Condenser low voltage to the l- on the coil loom lead to the + on the coil centre ht lead on the coil to the centre of the dizzy cap rotor pointing to number 1 lead rest of the leads clock wise 3-4-2 should do it .

The one lead I can't see where it goes is the blue one.
